Hairy Paws 4

2012 pics:

A futher example of the boy with the angora shovels. This time with my thumb alongside. The lovely manicure colour was courtesy of my lovely friend Ava who'd arranged this for my birthday. I loved the colour and was quite amazed that it stayed intact for 8 days despite unpacking and general housework during the house move.

I've no idea why his fluffy feet are so big but they are super soft AND he doesnt mind me playing with them. Win for both of us - I get to stroke these big paws and he gets a foot massage!

  1. Those paws would be good for polishing the floor.....or the table! MOL!

  2. Does your Mommy smell your paws too? Our Mommy loves to do that!

  3. Oh, I'd be kissing those wonderful, floofy paws endlessly. Nicki and Derry will tolerate me touching their paws, but aren't thrilled by it. Sometimes I sneak a quick kiss in, but they also don't appreciate that. LOL.

  4. P.S. Laughed at your comment re: the wallpaper border on our blog. I have to confess....About a decade ago I started tearing things up here (carpet, took off the kitchen cupboard doors, et.) and almost nothing has been done since. The entire house desperately needs cosmetic work, including a bathroom gut, but alas, there have been too many vet bills over the years. So most things are only half done or have to be redone (after my un-handy dad, though well-intentioned, had a go at things like baseboards).

  5. Hi All, I have to admit his big paws are both kissable and smell very good. Makes up for the fact Magic will not allow me near her little cocktail stick paws.

Sadly Red's are less useful as floor cleaners as the fur he sheds rolls like tumbleweed.

I made a decision when I moved here that despite the cost all jobs would be 'done by someone who knows what they are doing and will finish the job' as opposed to my well intentioned but never finished DIY. I have reached the age where I have to accept I am a thinker and a creative and not a DIY-er.

  6. You are lucky being allowed paw playtime - Hannah will tolerate about 20 seconds of fuss with her paws - don't even think about touching Lucy's!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx

  7. My human loves my fluffy paws too - mine are black, so they really show the dust when the floors are dirty, MOL!

  9. Our ape loves your nail colour and those angora shovels. Angora shovels made our ape spit out her tea when she read it, she is still laughing. Mungo likes his paws massaged, but I, Gerry hate it
